Arum, Italicum pictum

 This is a cultivated form of the wild "Cuckoo Pint" or "Lords and Ladies"; this one has striking marbled markings on the leaves and makes a lovely foil against other spring flowers at the base of a tree. It also is a great competitor against ivy and other 'weeds'!
