Dyer's Cammomile -Anthemis tinctoria
Pretty yellow daisy flowers with deeply-divided ferny grey-green leaves that are good long-season fillers at the front or middle of any border, whether you use some for dye or not. The flower heads have been used for centuries to produce a good clear primrose yellow (with harmless Alum mordant.) new seedlings just germinating now (early March) should be ready to send out in April. Or I have loads of fresh seed.
