Echeveria glauca

 A very easy to grow plant, producing large rosettes of bluish fleshy leaves topped by this lovely flower in summer. Good in a collection of sedums of different size and colour it likes the same very gritty, well-drained compost, but this one has to have minimum winter temperature of 15 degrees Centigrade, so bring it in for the winter. Also tolerates very dry conditions as a house plant, but needs good light.
