GENERAL
All orders accepted by Saith Ffynnon Wildlife Plants are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are accurate in our experience. Heights, colours etc may vary given different conditions.
PRICES
To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct plant names and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by e-mail, by post, or online from our website.
All items are subject to availability.We keep bigger stocks during the spring and summer; in winter some plants may be unavailable, but we can add customers to a waiting list and notify them when their requested plant does become available.
DELIVERY
Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be despatched by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service. All other destinations within the EU and Channel Islands will have to be priced separately. Contact us by e-mail for help with this.
You will subsequently receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. We do our best to despatch all orders within 2 days, but avoiding weekends so that plants don't sit in sorting offices for a long period. Your order will be dealt with in strict rotation. If you know you will be away at certain times, please tell us.
COMPLAINTS/RETURNS
We will deal with complaints promptly if they are made within 14 days of receipt of the plants. Please examine the parcel contents carefully for any credit notes, lists of plants unavailable, etc.
If your order arrives badly damaged, plants possibly missing, please inform us immediately, and keep damaged packages until you hear from us. We have a no-quibble refund policy if you are not satisfed with the goods and return them to us within 14 days.
PAYMENT
Payment is by credit card online or by bank cheque through the post. If you prefer not to pay online then write out your order in block capitals, including the delivery address, enclose your cheque and post it to us. Cheques are subject to clearance before delivery.
We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the Title in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Although no chemical is entirely free from hazard, the products offered for sale on this website will present a low to no heath risk, provided that good standards of studio hygiene are observed in their use and storage. All persons handling them should take precautions to avoid accidental ingestion, inhalation, skin/eye contact, and should be aware of any limitiations of specific products.
While dyes and the chemicals associated with their use are not highly toxic, they are industrial chemicals and should be handled with care. If chemical products get into the eyes by accident, wash thoroughly with water and obtain medical treatment. Prolonged or repeated contact with skin should be avoided. Wear rubber gloves and use implements to stir solutions and dyebaths. Inhalation of dusts should be avoided. If the dyes and/or associated chemicles are handled where particles may become airborne, a suitable dust respirator should be worn.
Obviously, chemicals should not be taken internally, and food, drink and smoking materials should be prohibited where chemicals are employed. The utensils used for dyeing should not be used for other domestic purposes (eg. food). Do not leave open jars or bottles where children and animals may get to them.

Please Note
Customers are responsible for dye choices and recommendations. Our website does its best to assist customers in estimating quantities, procedures and products. Dye recipes and procedures should be tested prior to all projects. Saith Ffynnon Wildlife Plants will not be held responsible for cost of products and/or labour to produce finished projects. Instructions are available free with each product purchased, please ensure you read and understood them before beginning.
The information given herein and otherwise supplied to users is based on our general experience and, where applicable, on the results of tests on samples of typical manufacture. However, because of the many factors which are outside our knowledge and control which can affect the use of these products, neither Saith Ffynnon Wildlife Plants nor the manufacturer can accept liability for any injury, loss or damage resulting from reliance upon such information
