White Rosebay Willowherb
Chaemerion alba, syn. Epilobium angustifolium album
This delicate white form of the usually pink wildflower Rosebay Willowherb is not nearly so invasive and is difficult to propagate, so limited stock is available.This is the tall flower that is so popular in the Sissinghurst white garden. It is the larval foodplant for the Elephant Hawkmoth and the flowers are attractive to adult moths and bees.
